Okay, so it’s been a little while since I updated my blog. Sorry about that guys.
Everything over here is going well. I’ve been flat out at work and my home life. My roll at work has been changed around a bit. I won’t go into details here as most of it’s really nerdy and you will get bored reading it. No, really you will. Even though you would be bored I’m enjoying my new role, it’s a lot better for me and a lot more my style which is pretty darn cool.
Home life has been a little interesting. There were some low points but they have all been resolved so I’m not going to bother writing about them. Those who needed to know have been told those who don’t know, no offence but you didn’t/don’t need to know. The high points have been that I’m seeing a really great guy. He’s away almost as much as I am so it’s going to be a little bit interesting but all seems to be working so far. I’m pretty happy about seeing him this weekend coming.
I’ve just spent 5 days down south with his best mate having a bit of a giggle, a few laughs and a hell of a good time. The life that he leads is similar to mine back home with you lot so I just slotted right in and had a good ol’ relaxing time. I drove a digger, drank, saw lots of the country side, drank, watched some movies, drank, played some pool, drank, went shopping, drank, went out and drank, drank some more, met some cool ppl, drank, met some not so cool ppl, told them where they could go and drank, saw more country side, went dirt bike riding, 4 wheel driving, drank, chatted until stupid hours of the morning, went out to lunch, drank took random photos, drank, got on a plane came home and attempted to sleep. There was sleeping done while I was away, there were even nanna naps but do you think I could sleep when I got home? Not a chance, but on the bright side, me and the ceiling in my room are nicely acquainted now, we’re going to be life long friends.
I spent a lot of the time over the days I was away chatting via sms with Bubba, she’s become a fast, good friend of mine and I was somewhat surprised by how much I missed her company while I was gone. I’m going to try to get around there tonight to have a bit of a catch up, but I have a sneaking suspicion that I will get home and die in my bed with my new ceiling friend watching over me.
High points of the holiday:
Rarking it up with Stoker and Mon-ster.
Driving a digger. (Stoker, you have to buy me a toy CAT one for my desk)
The dirt bike boys and the dirt bikes.
Being around my sort of ppl and my sort of life.
Low points of the weekend:
My man not being there!!!
Realising how unfit I’ve become in the last year.

I’ll have the pics up soon, I just need to charge the camera as it got hammered this weekend and wait for the other pics to come up form the camera down south.
Would I do the trip again, was it worth it?? Oh heck yes. Bring on the Melb trip with the boys so we can all rark it up again. I think I’ll put the idea across that we have to rark it up every 3 to 6 months in a different location. Yes, I think that’s a great idea. Definitely one of my better ideas.
